Πίτσα με Κρέμα Φέτας και Καπνιστό Χοιρινό

Pizza With Feta Cheese Cream and Smoked Pork


1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
2 onions
1 tbsp black sugar
2 ½ tbsp olive oil
125 gr. buffalo mozzarella
2 tbsp mascarpone
200 gr. feta cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 slice smoked pork
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation - Steps

Place a cooking stone or an overturned baking pan in the oven to become hot.
Place the pizza crust in the oven using a cooking shovel. Sprinkle a little flour on the shovel and spread the dough. Fold the edges, make a few holes with a fork and transfer the dough into the oven to bake, on the cooking stone at 285oC, for approx. 5 min until baked.
Once it is baked, place it on a wooden surface so as to maintain its freshness until it cools down a little.
Cut the onions in wedges and place them in a saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil and the black sugar, to caramelize.
In a blender, add the feta cheese, mozzarella, mascarpone, pepper, remaining olive oil, and beat to a pulp.
Spread the pulp over the dough.
Cut the smoked pork in small cubes and spread them all over the dough; add the caramelized onions, thyme, and mozzarella cut in pieces by hand.
Bake for another 5 min. Sprinkle with a little arugula and serve.
