Ingredients
1 KANAKI Thin PIZZA BASE
2 large onions (caramelized in a pan with a little oil & sugar)
150 g goat cheese
Olive oil, pepper
Optional: walnuts
Preparation - Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C - 220°C (390°F - 430°F).
Spread the caramelized onions over the pizza base.
Add the goat cheese in pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, and optionally add crushed walnuts.
Bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
