Πίτσα με Σπανάκι, Κοτόπουλο και Φέτα

Pizza with Spinach, Chicken and Feta Cheese


(for 1 pizza)

For the pizza:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
1 chicken breast, boiled and cut in pieces with your fingers
20 leaves baby spinach (approx.)
1 chilli pepper, in thin slices
2 fresh onions, in thin slices
100 gr. mozzarella, grated
100 gr. feta cheese, in crumbs
Tomato sauce

For the sauce:
200 gr. can chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp sweet paprika

Preparation - Steps

For the sauce:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, stir and leave it aside.

For the pizza:
Lay the pizza crust in a baking pan, without removing its baking sheet.
Smear the pastry surface with the tomato sauce and then simply carve (do not cut) with a knife along the pastry perimeter, forming a frame approx. 1-1.5 cm thick.
Evenly spread the chicken and half the mozzarella.
Spread the chilli pepper, onion, spinach, remaining mozzarella, feta and a little pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20-25 min, until the pastry rises and turns golden brown.
