Small Chocolate Pies with White Chocolate and Almonds

Ingredients

For 32 small chocolate pies:
1 package KANAKI EXTRA FINE FILO Pastry
400 gr. white chocolate
100 gr. almonds, roast and peeled
150 gr. melted butter
4 tbsp powdered sugar for the surface

Preparation - Steps

Mince or grate the chocolate and almonds, and stir. Prepare the small chocolate pies according to the instructions, lay them in order in a shallow baking pan and smear the surface with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 min. Leave the small chocolate pies to cool down for a few minutes and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.

For the open triangular small pies:
Open the sheets on the kitchen worktop. Smear 7 sheets with the butter and place them one on top of the other. Carve them in 4 pieces horizontally and vertically, forming 16 rectangular sheets.

Place a little of the stuffing on each sheet.

Fold the two opposite edges, forming a triangle. Repeat in the same way with the remaining ingredients.
