Ingredients
Filling with honey:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
300 gr. tahini
100 gr. honey
1 tbsp. mahalepi
100 gr. roasted almonds
Cocoa filling:
1 package KANAKI PIZZA Dough
300 gr. tahini
100 gr. honey

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cocoa
½ Couverture for garnish
Preparation - Steps
Cut the onions into thin slices.
In a saucepan pour a little olive oil and then the onions. Saute them, turn off the heat and let them cool down a bit.
Finely chop the mint and parsley.
Put the mint, parsley and olives in the pot.
Add salt and orange zest.
Spread the filling on the dough and give the shape you want. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
