Storage at Home:

Keep in a deep freezer (max -18°C) *** until the "Best before" date. Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. Bake immediately if not kept frozen.

Each package contains 1 pie of 400g.

Preparation:

  • Remove the package. Bake the pie in its own tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes for fan heating. After 15 minutes of baking, pierce with a knife along the pre-cut lines (avoid puncturing the tray). Adapt the time and temperature to your oven. To enjoy its full flavor, let the pie cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving. 

  • Caution! Do not use the grill and do not place the paper tray directly on the oven walls.

  • This product is not microwaveable.

Ingredients:

Filling 55% (spinach 38%, cheese 30% {mizithra [milk] 15%, feta [milk] 10%, hard cheese [milk] 5% «pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, culture»}, vegetable oils {olive oil, sunflower oil}, onion, leek, dill, parsley, salt, pepper). Filo Pastry 45% (wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, dry deactivated yeast)


The product may contain traces of egg, nuts, and sesame.    

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU wheat flour and spinach and EU cheeses.
