Storage at Home::

Store in the freezer at max -18°C *** until the "Best before" date (See side of packaging). Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. If not kept in the freezer, use it immediately.

Each package contains Baklava in a ovenable tray (330g) & 2 sachets of syrup (140g) = 470g.

Preparation:

  • Open the package and bake Baklava in its own baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for fan oven for 35 minutes or in a conventional oven for 40 minutes (bake on a rack, not directly on the oven). As is hot pour the syrup included in the package.

  • This product is not microwaveable.

Ingredients:

Filo Pastry 38% (wheat flour, water, cornstarch, butter [milk], salt, dry deactivated yeast, whole egg powder), syrup 30% (sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup), butter [milk], sunflower oil, almonds 6%, walnuts 6%, sugar, cinnamon powder.

The product may contain traces of soya,sesame, peanuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non- EU flour and semolina.
