FILO PASTRY 260g

The most famous Greek Filo Pastry was developed for the modern user in a new format. With the same quality standards that KANAKI Filo is so famous of:

  • Elastic

  • Durable

  • Crispy and Golden-brown when baked

  • Delicious

Two separately sealed bags with 5 Filo pastry sheets each. So that the consumer can defreeze as much or as little as he wants.

Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase. 

Each package contains 5 sheets (approximately 37x25cm). Filo Pastry sheets dimensions are ideal for most consumers' popular 3qt baking pans.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Thawing Instructions:

Before using the product, place it in the chiller compartment of your refrigerator from the previous night to thaw gradually, or let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Always thaw Filo Pastry in its sealed packaging. Do not try to unfold Filo Pastry that is not completely defrosted because it might tear apart. Open the packaging when you are ready to use the Filo Pastry and always keep it covered with a damp towel during the preparation of your recipe so that it will not lose its moisture.

Ingredients: 

Wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, dry deactivated yeast.


The product may contain traces of milk and egg.

Deep frozen product. Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour.
