Storage at Home:

Store in the freezer at max -18°C *** until the "Best before" date (see side of packaging). Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. Bake immediately if not kept frozen. This product is not microwaveable.

Each package contains 1 pie of 400g.

Preparation:

  • Remove the package. Bake the pie in its own tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes for fan heating. After 15 minutes of baking, pierce with a knife along the pre-cut lines (avoid puncturing the tray). Adapt the time and temperature to your oven. To enjoy its full flavor, let the pie cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving. 

  • Caution! Do not use the grill and do not place the paper tray directly on the oven walls.
     

Ingredients:

Filo Pastry 55% (wheat flour, water, vegetable oils (olive oil 10%, sunflower oil), semolina [wheat], corn starch, salt), filling 45% (cheese 46% (mizithra [milk] 37%, feta [milk] 9%), water, red roasted peppers 11%, semolina [wheat], sun dried tomatoes 4%, salt, pepper. 

The product may contain traces of egg, sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non-EU flour, red pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes, and EU feta cheese.
