PIZZA DOUGH

Storage Conditions:

Keep in freezer (max -18°C) *** until the date "Best before" (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.

Each pack contains 1 piece of Dough (approximately 30x37cm) wrapped in baking paper to keep them from sticking together.

ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.

Thawing Instructions:

Before using the KANAKI the pizza dough, thaw it for at least 2 hours at room temperature in a closed container so that it won’t lose its moisture. Pizza dough is soft when it is thawed. Advice: Once the pizza dough is thawed, it will begin to rise by the yeast. Use it so as soon as possible. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, vegetable cooking fat {[vegetable oils and fats “from palm, soya”], color “b-carotene”}, olive oil), yeast, sugar, raising agents (pyrophosphate salts, sodium carbonate salts), salt, glycerin, sorbitol, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene ester sorbitan mono-oleate), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).


The product may contain traces of egg, milk, mustard, sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product. Wheat flour, processed in Greece, grain from EU and non-EU.
