Storage at Home:

Store in the freezer at max -18°C *** until the "Best before" date (See front side). Once thawed do not refreeze. Thawing is not necessary before baking. If not kept in the freezer, use it immediately. This product is not microwavable.

Οδηγίες Ψησίματος:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Remove the cover and place the Bougatsa in its paper tray on the oven rack below the middle.

  • Bake until golden brown. Normal cooking time: 40’ - 45’ minutes for fan heating. 
    ! Baking Tip! In about 30’ - 35’ minutes and after the surface has taken a golden color, carefully flip the pie in the tray upside down. Continue baking till oil is absorbed.

  • Allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving.

  • Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven.
    ! Caution! Do not use the grill and do not place the paper tray directly on the oven walls.

Ingredients:

Filling 55% (sugar, water, sunflower oil, semolina [wheat], butter [milk], whole milk powder, vanilla flavor), Filo Pastry 45% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt). Icing sugar (1 sachet 10g). Powder cinnamon (1 sachet 2g).

The product may contain traces of sesame, and nuts.

Deep frozen product.

Produced in Greece with EU and non- EU flour and semolina.
